COLUM CAMPION

Colum is the CEO of QIG, having led the organisation for 12 years.

Previously a career Investment Banker, Colum served as the Director of the London arm of IBRC, one of Ireland’s largest international real estate banks. Here Colum focused on real estate investment and development, leading a team providing equity, debt and mezzanine finance. Supervising the deployment of over £3 billion of capital into the development of residential, hospitality, offices, and retail, Colum oversaw lending to prestigious developers, such as Ballymore Properties, London Green Developments, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, Circleplane, and Pearl & Coutts.

Colum also sits on the board of QIG Holdings, HomeLike, a German-based global online booking platform, and Magnum Ventures, a Dubai international investment platform.

JAIME PEDROSA

Jaime has over 20 years of experience in development and is the founder of U Development, a creative development practice.

In the past 6 years, Jaime has overseen the successful development and delivery of over €450M of hospitality and mixed-use real estate in major cities such as London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Munich and Zurich, delivering in excess of 750 units.

Previously the Development Manager for the Oaktree Capital backed SACO Locke platform, Jaime was involved in the creation and successful rollout of the new Locke aparthotel brand, establishing new supply chains, design teams and procurement routes across the UK and Europe.
